(the feast of the town)

The feast of the town in Ferrara of Braies Valley is organized on the last weekend of October. On Saturday is positioned the "Kirtamichlbam" (the traditional tree) by the no-married young boys.
In the evening is organized the "Kirtaball" (dance party) with a DJ and traditional music.
On Sunday the day begins with a good Bayern breakfast with "Weißwurst" and beer. In the afternoon the "Kirtamichl" is taken off and around it you can listen live music: in the end you can win the traditional "Kirtamichlbam".

Every Thursday you can do a guided excursion with snow shoes in the beautiful Dolomites fo Braies.
